We understand that childcare is not always required on a full time basis this is why we can now offer short term childcare for parents.

As we are based at Total Fitness we can provide childcare for parents wanting to use the facility for an hour or so? or maybe fancy a spa treatment? An hour to get all your chores done?

As a single mother of two there is times when I do struggle to get anything done and just have a couple of hours away can help me spend some very much needed quality time with my boys.
